Kirk is a co-owner of Pacific Appraisal Associates and has been a practicing real estate appraiser since he obtained his General Certification in real estate appraisal in 1994.

Kirk has achieved MAI designation (a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute). The prestigious MAI membership designation is held by appraisers who have gone above and beyond the education and experience required for state certification. It has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions and investors as a mark of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis. The designation was granted September 20, 2016.

A native of Central Washington, Kirk earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrated studies in real estate and finance from Washington State University in 1992. After graduation he joined the team at Pacific Appraisal Associates.

His areas of expertise include agricultural, industrial, ag-industrial, commercial, multi-family and residential developments. He has also performed benefit analysis studies for road and utility improvement districts, and has provided expert real estate testimony and litigation services.

Kirk’s conviction that a quality product is of utmost importance inspires him to continually work to provide informative and accurate reporting in a format tailored to the needs of his clients. He strives to maintain a perceptive intellect to apply in daily practice through continuing education and discussion with peers in the workplace and industry.
