Ashley joined Pacific Appraisal Associates in October of 2020 after working in the banking industry and as a private business owner. Motivated to start a career in real estate appraising, she began taking real estate appraisal courses in 2018. After joining Pacific Appraisal Associates, she began learning from other office appraisers while continuing to work towards state certification. Ashley earned her General Certification in real estate appraisal in January 2024.

Ashley has worked on a variety of assignments including land, professional offices, retail buildings, orchards, warehouses, rental analyses, and eminent domain. She appreciates the dynamic nature of this profession, where every assignment presents new challenges and opportunities to learn. 

Ashley grew up in Leavenworth and attended Wenatchee Valley College before earning her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in 2017. After college she returned to the valley and now lives in Wenatchee with her husband.
